Cornbread harvest stuffing

Ingredients
1.0 package (6 oz) Bread stuffing, cornbread, dry mix6.0 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin1.5 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared1.0 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv0.33 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
Directions
Heat stock and ghee (or butter). Brown sausage with chopped onions. Mix sausage with remaining ingredients in heat-proof bowl. Add stock mixture and combine. Cook in bird or separately in baking dish @ 375°F for 30 minutes.
