8oz ground Turkey meat Browned 1 tsp Itailian Seasoning 1tsp Garlic powder 1 small diced onion 6 balls frozen cut leaf spinch thawed ( Smart Choice) 6 No Boil Lasagne Whole Wheat Primo 1 cup Ragu Roasted Garlic sauce 250 grams low fat Ricotta Cheese Bari 250 grams Kraft 4 cheese Itailian blendsprinke parmasen cheese on top
Brown Turkey and onions add garlic and italian spice. thaw spinach leaves and add to mixture.
Add 1 cup Ragu sauce and simmer.
Add small amount olive oil to small roaster pan and layer 3 whole wheat noodles meat mixture ricotta cheese and 4 blend kraft cheeseRepeat layer and top with parmasen cheese. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes at 375
