Keto Bacon/Egg Hot Pockets

Ingredients
.75 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 0.33 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1.5 serving Bacon - Oscar Meyer (2 slices)
Directions
Melt the shredded mozzarella & add the almond flour.
Stir until well-combined.
Roll the dough out between 2 sheets of parchment paper.
Scramble the eggs in butter & lay them with bacon slices along the center of the dough.
Fold over and seal the dough. Add some holes for releasing the steam while baking.
Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
