Stuffed Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 pkg fat free cream cheese1 cup finely chopped onion1/4 cup finely chopped garlic4 1-oz slices mozzerella cheese
Directions
Combine cream cheese, onion and garlic and mix well. Wash chicken breasts and dry. Pound flat with meat mallet. Place 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture into the center of the chicken breast. Roll chicken around the cream cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks (this makes a cream cheese pocket inside of the chicken). Bake chicken in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. When chicken is done place mozzerella cheese on top of each chicken roll and let melt. Serves 4.
