Mozz stuffed chicken

Ingredients
1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk .5 serving Hass Avocado Fresh (1/2 of Avocado) .5 serving Perdue Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 filet, 4.8 oz.
Directions
Thin sliced chicken filet (about 4-5 oz)
Add 1/2 - 1 oz shredded mozz and Roll it up
dredge in flour
Pan fry in 2 T oil, turning till meat is cooked through and slightly browned on outside.

Mash avocado with a fork, add salt, pepper, lime or lemon juice and a dash of Red Hot sauce (all to taste)

Serve 1 roll up with 1-2 tablespoons of guacamole topping.
