Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
2 large Cucumbers1 small Red Onion2 tbsp Vinegar 2 tbsp Sour Cream Salt and Pepper, to taste1 tsp Granulated Sugar 2 tsp, Chopped Fresh Dill
Directions
Peel and thinly slice cucumbers. Thinly slice onion and add to a bowl with sliced cucumbers. Sprinkle cucumber and onion with salt and let sit for about 20 min to draw out moisture. Drain liquid from the bowl and use paper towels, or clean dish towel, to absorb as much moisture from the cucumbers and onions as possible. Mix together vinegar, sour cream, sugar, dill, and and pepper in a separate bowl, pour dressing over cucumbers and onions, and mix well. Add additional salt and pepper if necessary.
