Black Beans and Rice

Ingredients
1 1tsp Olive Oil 2 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3.50 cup Beans, black 1.50 cup Vegetable Broth 1 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) 0.13 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
Directions
In a stockpot over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add the onion and garlic and saute for 4 minutes. Add the rice and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the vegetable broth, bring to a boil, cover and lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes. Add the spices and black beans.
