Japanese Clear Soup

3 cup, diced Celery, raw 3 tsp Spice World Minced Squeeze Garlic 226 grams Mushrooms, fresh 4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 2 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 cup Swanson Broth Vegetable
Sauté the onions in a pot in a little bit of oil until slightly browned.
Add the carrot, celery, and garlic and 6 cups of vegetable broth/water.
Bring to the boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Strain the veggies from the broth and add the mushrooms and scallions before serving.
Serving Size: makes 3 servings of 2 cups of broth plus mushrooms
