Headbanger's Kitchen Flourless Keto Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
200 gram(s) 85% extra dark Lindt chocolate100 grams Butter, unsalted 7 tbsp Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream 5 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw (separate yolks and whites)
Directions
Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave (be careful not to burn) add butter and continue to melt until smooth and completely mixed. Add the cream and incorporate fully. Add Truvia or any other calorie-free sweetener of your preference. Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks (you can add a pinch of cream of tartar, salt, or drops of lime juice to help you stabilize the egg whites). Add one egg yolk at a time to the chocolate mix, fully incorporating each yolk until fully emulsified before adding the next. You will end with a beautiful, creamy, smooth chocolate. Fold in the egg whites in two batches carefully folding each batch into the chocolate until fully incorporated. Be very gentle in this step. You don't want to beat the fluffiness out of the egg whites. Pour the mixture into a 7" buttered tin. In a preheated oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes until fully set in the middle.
