Ingredients
5.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 leg, bone and skin removed Chicken Leg2.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh8.8 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon7.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour9.0 oz Chicken, rotisserie cooked, breast meat, no skin1.0 serving(s) table salt8.0 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Boil chicken in water with boullion for about 1.5 hours. Remove chicken. Make 1.5 cups flour wuth an egg and cold boullion with salt and pepper. Mix until doughy. Put on floured surface and roll out thin. Use pizza cutter to cut into squares. Drop while stirring pot into Lightly boiling pot. 2 people makes this easier. Make 5 batches. At end it should be thick. Deskin and bone chicken.. put chicken back into pot. Serving Size: 12
