Paleo Almond Flour Pancakes

Ingredients
2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 0.25 cup Tapioca flour 2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 1tsp Coconut Oil 0.5 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 dash Salt
Directions
For bread bake in oven at 350. Mix everything well, and pour into 4 round molds (greased) on a baking sheet. Bake for about 14 minutes or until nicely brown on top. Let cool slightly, slice in half and serve as a bun or roll. As Pancakes just use the mix as a batter and pour onto hot griddle like Pancakes. Yumm Serving Size: Makes 4 â€Å"rolls” of making as bread
