Ingredients
1.5 tsp Paprika1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Salt1.0 fl oz Chicken Broth or Bouillon1.0 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw14.0 oz Barilla Mini Penne1.0 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added0.5 cup Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Fat/Free, Shredded Kraft453.0 gram(s) Beef - GV Extra Lean Ground Beef - 96% Lean - 4% Fat - 4oz(112g)2.0 tbsp Italian seasoning1.0 tbsp Chili powder1.0 tsp Tarragon, ground1.0 tbsp Garlic powder
Directions
Saute onions and mushrooms and remove from pan. Using same pan brown the ground beef. Add tomatoes and mushrooms, then about 2 cups water. Add spices and bullion and simmer while pasta cooks. Add pasta to pan, use some of the pasta water if mixture is too dry. Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and top with cheese. Heat at 350 until cheese is fully melted. Cut into 6 equal servings and serve. Serving Size: 1/6 of a 9x13 pan
