Ingredients
1 lb. Whiting1 can Mushroom stems & pieces, drained.1 Tbs. Olive Oil1 Tbs. Butter1 1/4 of Lemon Juice or from 1 fresh lemon.Mrs. Dash1 Tbs. of Dried or Fresh Parsley.
Directions
Thaw & rinse ,Fish if Frozen. Pat dry. Sprinkle flour over large plate. Sprinkle fish with Ms. Dash Seasoning or salt & pepper. Dredge through flour till evenly coated. Place to the side.
Heat large saute pan with the butter & olive oil. When hot, add fish without pieces touching. Cook till flacky & golden brown. Place to the side.
Add Mushrooms & seasoning with Parsley to the hot pan, simmer for few minutes. Add Lemon juice . Cook about 30 sec. Pour over fish or may be served to the side.
