Lentil & Ham Soup

Ingredients
16 oz Lentils, (Organic Full Circle)10 stalks celery, raw 1 cup, chopped onions, raw 2 cup, diced ham, regular (11% fat)2 cups spinach
Directions
10 cups of liquid, (I use at least 4 cups of beef broth, 6 cups of water and one beef bouillon)
Add lentils, celery, onion and cook for 45 minutes
add ham and spinach cook for another 30 minutes

Serving Size: makes 12/1 cup servings
