8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia all-purpose sweetener (by DBEAU57) 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia all-purpose sweetener (by DBEAU57) 3 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese .25 cup Coconut flour (by SCRAPPYMELLA) 0.5 tsp Cream Of Tartar
Preheat oven to 325F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix top 3 ingredients and with mixer and set aside.
Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks (4 eggs).
Add stevia, 3 oz of cream cheese and coconut flour to the egg yolks and mix
Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold yolk mixture into egg whites, careful not to deflate.
Spook 6 mounds of the egg batter onto each prepared baking sheets (12 mounds total). Flatten each mound slighly.
Pipe sweetened cream cheese onto the center of each batter circle.
Bake for 30 minutes
