Blueberry Soy Milk Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Banana1/2 cup frozen unsweetened Blueberries1 cup Vanilla Soy Milk
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
This is a great way to use up over-ripe bananas. I peel them and put them in a freezer bag and into the freezer. The frozen banana means you don't have to add ice to this smoothie and makes it frothy too.
