Ground Turkey Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 clove Garlic1/2 an onion diced1 can Tomato Sauce1 can crushed Tomatos1 small can tomato Paste1 tbsp Oregano (or to taste)1/2 tbsp black or white pepper (or to taste)2 tsp salt2 tsp sugar1 tbsp parsley (or to taste)1/2 tbsp thyme (or to taste)1 tsp sage (or to taste)2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or to taste)
Directions
Heat Oil in skillet with Onions and Garlic. Cook until garlic is browning and onion is soft. Add Ground turkey. Cook turkey throughly. After completely browned all oregano, pepper, salt, parsley, thyme and sage. Cook for another minute or so letting the spices blend well with the meat. Then add tomato sauce, crushed tomatos, tomato paste and sugar to the mixture. Mix well
Once mixed allow to simmer for about 30 minutes.
Put on top of your favorite pasta.
