Black Bean Burger

Ingredients
2 Cup Black beans, Canned1/2 Cup Salsa1/2 Cup Flour1 Egg1 tsp Chili powder1/2 tsp Cumin seed4 oz Tortilla Chips, crushed
Directions
1. Drain and rinse beans
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well until almost smooth.
3. Form in to twelve patties. Coat both sides with cooking spray.
4. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for twenty minutes or until internal temp of 160.
