5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 16 oz Barilla Elbow Macaroni 0.5 cup Butter, salted 0.3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 8 oz Cabot 75% Light Vermont Cheddar (1oz) 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
Boil pasta. In a medium sauce pan add butter, dry ingredients, then mix in milk. Once it has a smooth consistency add in half of the grated cheese. Keep mixing until thick. Pour over draining pasta in a pan. Add remaining cheese over top. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
