2 tbsp Brewer's Yeast (by CALLIB) 0.5 cup Krusteaz Gluten Free Flour, All-Purpose (by XTHATWOULDBEMEX) 12 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 1.8 cup Libbys 100% pure pumpkin, canned 3 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 16 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 340 gram Stevia in the Raw
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream pumpkin, stevia, and brown sugar on
medium speed. Add two flax eggs and vanilla. Sift together flours, salt, and baking soda. Slowly add to pumpkin mixture to incorporate. Mix well, then slowly add in oats and chocolate chips.
Drop on cookie sheet with a table spoon, snd bake for 12-15 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 cookie
