Low Carb Salmon Patty

Ingredients
1 can Pink Salmon (canned) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Onion powder 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend 1 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
Directions
Drain liquid from can, remove skin and bones, crumble salmon in mixing bowl, beat one egg and add to salmon and mix together, add all other ingredients and mix well. (season to taste with whatever seasoning you have or prefer. This is just what I used.) Form into 4 patties. Heat oil of choice (I used lard) in skillet until well heated. Add patties. Let brown for about 4 to 5 minutes before turning or until it form enough to flip w/o falling apart.
