Quick Tomato Sandwich Wrap

Ingredients
1 large plain tortilla wrap1 large beefsteak tomato (or 2 smaller tomatoes)2 tbsp hummussprinkle of crushed red chillies (optional)
Directions
Spread the tortilla with the hummus and, if you're partial to a little "heat", sprinkle with crushed red chillies.

Slice the tomato however you like and arrange the slices on the tortilla. Then fold the tortilla in half--carefully!--and cut into two halves. Enjoy!

It's a little bit sloppy to eat as a sandwich, so if you prefer, you can eat it with a fork.

I count one of these as one serving, or you can split the two halves between two people if you're having soup or salad with it.
