Simple Multi-Grain Lentil Pilaf

Ingredients
1 packet Kashi 7 Whole Grain Pilaf2 cups natural chicken stock3/4 c. dry lentils1 1/2 tbsp dried onion flakes1 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Bring broth to a boil over high heat. Add pilaf, lentils, and onion. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until liquid is gone and lentils are soft, about 25-30 minutes. Remove from heat, then add salt and pepper. Stir and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
