16.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean2.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.0 large Egg white, fresh1.0 cup Tomato Sauce3.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce0.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Directions
Mix all ingredients except 3/4 c tomato sauce. Shape into two long loaves and put on cooling rack on rimmed cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. To with remaining tomato sauce. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
