Chicken and Leek Stew

Ingredients
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 small Onions, raw 3 medium Carrots, raw 2 leek Leeks 1 serving Chicken Stock/Chicken Oxo Cube (1 Cube) (by JENNIEJA) 3 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce (by CALEKU) 1 tbsp Oregano, ground 0.5 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Pepper, white 10 serving FryLight Spray (by KIMBERLEYBOB)
Directions
make oxo into stock made u with 500ml boiling water,

to hot pan add fry light chopped onions leeks, and carrots and took to soften for a few mins,

Add diced chicken if using raw chicken seal meat before proceeding

add herbs and spices and worchestershire sauce and coat all the contents of the pan then finally add the stock

cover and cook for 30 mins.
