Vegan sloppy joes (SP makeover)

Ingredients
1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 candiced green chilis, 1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 envelope taco seasoning mix4 ounces (2/3 bag) frozen veggie crumbles/grillers, such as Morningstar
Directions
Put about a half inch of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the onions and cook for a minute or two to take off the bite. Add all the rest of the ingredients, adding more water until the mixture is the consistency of sloppy joes. Serve over toast (not included in calorie count.)
