1 tsp MCCORMICK Ground Cinnamon 0.50 cup Cereal Quaker Oatmeal Reg 1/2c dry = 150cals (40g) Old Fashioned Oats Whole Grain Regular .5 serving Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories/1cup
Mix all and heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Add more water if oatmeal is too thick.
