1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1.5 cup Wheat bran, crude 16 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice 4 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Coconut Milk (Silk) 0.33 cup Apple Sauce (Motts) Unsweetened .25 cup Molasses 2 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
add and mix all dry ingredients. mix all wet ingredients except pumpkin. Once mixed, add pumpkin and blend until smooth. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients until just blended. Use pam on muffin tins and fill nearly to the top. Bake 20 min on 400F.
