9 Bean Soup

Ingredients
1.0 Grams Bay Leaf1.5 tsp Thyme, ground1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 cup 9 Bean Dry Bean Mix8.0 cup Chicken Stock8.0 oz Diced Ham0.5 tsp Ground Pepper
Directions
Soak beans overnight in cold water, drain, rinse and drop into crockpot. Add carrots, celery, onion, ham, thyme, pepper, bay leaf, stock, water and bullion. Cover and cook on high 5 hrs or low 10 hrs. Remove bay leaf! Warms up great! Serving Size: Makes 20 1-cup servings
