Ingredients
1.05 large Scrambled Egg 0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.25 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.25 cup, diced Cheddar Cheese 1 serving Whole Wheat Tortilla, medium (45g) 1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce 1 tbsp Salsa - Tostitos Mild Chunky Salsa 0.15 cup Milk, 1% 0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
1) Scramble eggs in a bowl with a splash of milk 2) Add into a pan with some olive oil, pepper 3) Dice veggies and cheese 4) Put hot sauce and salsa on tortilla and spread around with a spoon 5) Add the veggies in a line, then the cheese then the eggs 6) Roll up and cook on a panini press Serving Size: Makes one tortilla
