115 grams Onions, raw 85 grams Applesauce, unsweetened 1.5 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt 3 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 3 serving Amoy Reduced Fat Coconut Milk (100 ml) (by GEM0372) 1 tbsp Curry powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Cloves, ground 2 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon 121 gram Trader Joe's black bean pasta (by HUNT2014) 5 serving 365 Blue Curled Kale (frozen) 1/5 bag=1 serving 1 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
Sauté chopped onions in cooking spray. Add applesauce and stir.
Add pumpkin and broth, bit by bit to mix. Add spices, peanut butter and bouillon.
Cook a few minutes on stove.
Add coconut milk and kale.
Cook for about 20 minutes.
Add black bean pasta.
Cook until pasta is done.
Soupy stew.
Serving Size: 1-1/ 2 cup
