0.25 cup Chickpea flour 1 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g) 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 tsp Turmeric, ground 0.25 tsp Onion powder 0.25 tsp Garlic powder 1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp. Water1 dash Pepper, black 0.5 cup, chopped Kale 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
In a food processor, combine all ingredients except for kale and onion. Combine until smooth. Sauté kale and onion in a lightly greased skillet until cooked through. Push the veggies to one side of the skillet. Pour chickpea mixture into skillet. Cook until dry on top and then fold in half. Serve with salsa or ketchup and any other toppings you wish.
