3 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Gluten Free Quick Rolled Oats 1 cup Butter, salted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour (by DS1222) 1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Cinnamon Sugar Substitute (Stevia) Equivalent of 2 cups1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 1 cup shelled (50 halves) Walnuts (dried fruit, other nuts)
Whisk wet ingredients and sweeteners. Without stirring, add dry ingredients (not oats or nuts or fruits), then stir. Add Oats, nuts, dried fruits, etc and mix.
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated 350* oven for 10-20 minutes or until a little brown around base of cookie.
Serving Size: 12 cookies, or 24 small cookies
