Ingredients
3 cup, slivered Almonds 1.5 cup, chopped Pecans 2 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 serving Nutiva Organic Hemp Powder (by DIANAFRANCES6) 4 tbsp carrington farm organic flax chia blend (by BOCKSPARK1) 2 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Cardamom, ground .5 cup Coconut Oil
Directions
Roast nuts (tossed in half cup of coconut oil) in a large baking dish for 30 mins, stirring once or twice. Mix flax and chia seed blend with a cup or more of boiled water. Let thicken and add hemp powder. Cut the pasty mixture into the roasted nuts and then spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for another 20-30 mins, stirring about every ten mins until toasted well and mixture is mostly dry.
