Ingredients
1.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini4.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw14.0 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP2.0 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes6.0 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv0.5 cup Green Beans (snap)1.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Sweet peppers (bell)1.0 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
Directions
Sautee onion in oil for 5 minutes then add carrots, cabbage, green beans, peppers and cook for about 10 minutes. Add chicken broth and tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Add broccoli and zucchini and simmer for about 20 minutes until veggies are soft.
