Korean beef and veggies

Ingredients
16.0 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef1.0 cup, packed Brown Sugar16.0 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce2.0 tsp Ginger, ground1.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh14.0 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP3.0 clove Garlic1.0 Cup Edamame, frozen, prepared1.0 cup slices Water chestnuts
Directions
Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, and ginger and set aside. Sautee minced garlic in oil for about 3 minutes then add beef. When beef is half cooked, add broccoli and cook until beef is done. Add remaining veggies and sauce and season with salt and pepper and about 1/4 cup of red pepper flake. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add corn starch to thicken sauce at the end and serve over brown rice.
