Ingredients
6 medium Carrots, raw 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 16 oz Beef, round steak 32 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Basil 2 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Rosemary, dried 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Fish Sauce 9 serving Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes (by JCALVERT77)
Directions
Cook beef until tender, add potatoes and carrots about 30 minutes. Add celery and onion and seasonings, cook until desired tenderness.
