Spicy Honey Instant Pot Chicken

4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 3 tsp packed Brown Sugar 3 tbsp Honey 3 tsp Ginger Root 4 tsp Garlic .25 cup Soy Sauce 14.3 gram(s) Sriacha (by SKYCALL) 1 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce (by CALEKU) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 2 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
1. Cut chicken breasts into large bits size chunks & cut onion into chunks.
2. Put chicken & onions into the Instant Pot.
3. Mix all other ingredients together (except cornstarch) well with a fork & pour on top of chicken.
4. Close the lid & steam valve & set Instant Pot to manual, pressure, high, 4 minutes.
5. Do a quick release & carefully lift lid.
6. Pus some of the hot sauce in a small bowl with the cornstarch & whisk together, then add back into the pot and stir.
7. Set Instant Pot to saute, normal and let bubble for a few minutes.
8. Allow to sit for a few minutes so the sauce thickens.
9. Serve spicy honey chicken over rice.
