Ingredients
.75 cup, cooked Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, cooked with water .25 cup Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 1 large Egg white, fresh 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender for a pure, soft blend. Put on griddle on low heat.
