Kelly's Chicken Parmesan Makeover Dish

Ingredients
1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 dash Pepper, black 0.50 tbsp Basil 0.50 dash Salt 1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 serving Passata (Mutti) x100gms (half a cup) 2 serving CRUSKITS (Arnotts) Original x 2 (11.4gms serve) 200 grams Chicken Breast, with skin 1 tsp Garlic 2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Coat chicken breasts in egg and then the ground up Cruskits and the Italian/Tuscan seasonings. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or so.
Pre-heat oven to 180C.
Place chicken in baking dish, along with passata, a little olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 40-60 minutes or until juices run clear from chicken.

Serve.
