454 gram(s) Vegetable - Bean - Pink Beans - Dried Winn Dixie - grams (by SUNSHINETEAM) 32 oz Smoked Ham Hock (by KYDERBY1) 1 large Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 2 cup Tomato Sauce .5 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1. Cook beans, ham hocks, water, salt and pepper in the Insta Pot on the Cheli/Beans setting for 30 min.
2. Use the quick release to relieve pressure, strip the meat from the hocks, return the meat and add the rest of the ingredients to the pot and cook for 30 min. at the chile/beans setting
3. Quick release and serve
