3/4 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper 3/4 cup chopped Yellow Onion1/2 tbsp Butter, salted 4 oz Roast beef sandwich meat, rough chopped 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 4 slices Provolone cheese, cut in half 1 canister Pillsbury Crescent Big & Buttery Croissants
Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium skillet, melt butter on medium-high. Once butter begins to bubble, add in bell pepper and onion, plus a dash of salt and pepper to taste. Sauté covered for 3-5 minutes or until onions are translucent and just beginning to caramelize, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, unroll croissants and separate, placing 1/2 slice of cheese on each roll. Add in roast beef and worcestershire sauce, toss to combine. Continue to sauté for about 2 more minutes, or until meat is heated through and begins to brown. Once filling is finished cooking, spoon a rounded tablespoon on the wide end of each roll. Bring one corner across diagonally and pinch sides together to enclose the filling. Wrap excess dough around the (hopefully) triangle. Repeat with remaining rolls. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until rolls are golden. Serve hot and Enjoy!!
