Salmon Patties

Ingredients
12 oz. Pink Salmon, skinless/boneless 1/2 c. Onion, chopped2 small eggs1/2 c. yellow cornmeal1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Drain salmon. Combine all ingredients in bowl until well mixed. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Make patties from the salmon mixture and brown on each side.
