Lactose free Zuppa Toscano like OG

Ingredients
16 oz bob evans italian ground sausage (by YOGINILMT) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic minced4 cup Imagine Free Range Chicken Broth - Low Fat, Low Sodium 5 Potato, Yukon Gold 1 cooked in microwave and rest in bite size slices with skin3 cup, chopped Kale 1/8th tsp red pepper flakes or to taste5 grinds black pepper1 cup Kroger Lactose Free 2% reduced fat milk
Directions
1) Brown sausage and onion adding garlic when half way brown.
2)add broth and potatoes and cook over medium heat for 10 min
3) add kale salt and peppers and cook until done about 5 to 10 min
4) add milk and heat though
5) if needed add another cooked mashed potato to thicken
