Ingredients
2 cup King Arthur Flour Unbleached All-Purpose Flour (by RASPBERRYPIE) .5 cup Granulated Sugar 3 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt 6 oz Orange juice (fresh squeezed) (by MIS2101) 2 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 1.25 cup, whole Cranberries 3 tsp grated orange peel (by CHUCKLES0719) 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Bake 350 F.
Grease Bread Pan
Sift Dry Ingredients Together
Create a well and pour in all the wet ingredients
Mix well without over mixing
Fold in orange peel and Cranberries (Add 1/2 C chopped nuts optional)
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes
