Healthy Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 1 serving salt and pepper 2 cup, cubes Sweet potato 1 small Onions, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g) 16 gram Sauce, Worcester Sauce, Lee & Perrin's, 1 tsp=4g (by LISAPEPPAN) 4 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 2 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400.

Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl. Evenly space out the meatloaf into muffin tins. Make sure not to overpack!

Cook for 25-30 minutes.

At last 5 minutes, you can put additional Ketchup or BBQ sauce on the tops or use an icing bag, decorate them with mashed potatoes to look like cupcakes!
