1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour0.5 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda1.0 stick Butter, salted1.5 cup Granulated Sugar3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 fl oz Lemon Juice1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice
Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder in a small bowl and set aside
Mix softened butter and sugar with a mixer until light and fluffy
Add eggs one by one until all well mixed
Add lemon juice and zest and vanilla into butter mixture
Add flour into wet ingredients until all mixed
Spread into pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes
Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze and spread over cooled blondies
