Cook ground pork in sesame seed oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground ginger, chopped onion, carrots, chopped celery, chopped mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Add cabbage mix. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until desired tenderness.
