Delicious Chocolate Cake or cupcakes

Ingredients
1.5 C white flour2 tsp baking powder0.5 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt0.5 C cocoa unsweetened0.4 C butter or margarine3 tbs non-fat vanilla yogurt0.75C sugar 0.25C splenda granular2 eggs1 tsp vanilla1 C milk
Directions
heat oven at 350F
Mix eggs, butter and yogurt. Add sugars. Mix very well and for a long time.
DRY ingredients: baking powder,baking soda, salt and cocoa.
WET ingredients: Milk and vanilla
--- Alternate adding dry and wet ingredients to the butter mixture starting with and ending by wet ingredients .


Pour mixture into a 13x9 greased pan.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
OR make cupcakes- bake at 350F for about 20 minutes. Makes 24 cupcakes.

Let cake/ cupcakes cool down before adding your favorite frosting


NOTE: I love adding things to the cupcakes. I make some with a frozen raspberry in the middle, some i add a few chocolate chips to... it's nice to experiment!
