Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes CPM

Ingredients
4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated 0.33 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 0.33 cup Whole Wheat Flour 3 tsp packed Brown Sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.125 tsp Salt 0.125 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Canola Oil 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Put the oatmeal and the almond milk together in the microwave for 1 or 2 minutes. Cover and let stand while you do the rest. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat the eggs then add the oil and vanilla. Add both egg mixture and oats to the dry ingredients. Cook on a griddle in about 1/3 cup scoops.

Serving Size: Makes 4 Pancakes (I usually 4x the recipe for 4 people plus leftovers)
